Steps:

  1. Purchase a custom workout program

  2. A questionnaire will be sent after purchase. You’ll fill out a consultation form (so that I’m able to provide the best program for your goals)

  3. You’ll receive an email to access workout programs

  4. Submit a progress picture via email to Najeesmith.fitness@gmail.com Subject line: progress photos ( another way to track progress/results ) ( if comfortable )

  5. Every month or four weeks, you’ll receive a new program that’s based on progress and goals
