Hello beautiful people! My name is Najee, and I'm a certified personal trainer who has been in the fitness industry for six years. I have had the honor of not only transforming my own body, but I've had the privilege of helping others with their bodies as well—anywhere between weight loss, weight gain, and just toning up. The confidence boosts each client gets, and the self-love that evolves within them is why I love what I do. I have accumulated the knowledge and exercise experience to create the best workout programs for you and your goal. I can't wait for you to join and allow me to join your journey.

My Journey

Based out of California, I am a Personal Trainer, as well as a college student; I started working out at a young age. I grew up with an athletic family. Sports and fitness are a big part of my life. My fitness journey started in the summer going into my senior year.  I wanted to end my final year with a bang, and that summer, I tried to take my fitness to another level and decided I needed to add more intensity and be more disciplined and with what I put into my body. At the end of the football season, to my dismay, football did not go as planned.  I did have a good year academically and an excellent track season.  I continued to work out every day, not satisfied with my physique. I went from bulking to shredding, and then I noticed I was getting stronger, I felt good and started to love it more.

Acquiring the physique, I present it to you today! I liked seeing the hard work and dedication pay off and transforming my body. After graduation, I decided I wanted to get into the fitness industry as a trainer.  Always striving for a better me:) I’m passionate about everything I do and fitness, health and wellness is something I love.

 My mission is to educate and empower anyone on the pursuit of their best self. Everyone starts somewhere, but not everyone finishes what they started. If you are ready to take control of your health, I am here to help!

Working with me, you can expect high energy and passion. I like to have fun and make working out not feel like a chore. Changing your lifestyle and habits isn’t an easy thing, it’s something that is going to take time, work, and dedication, but it should be fun while you do it.
