What’s included in the sessions?
In order to achieve your goals, I offer comprehensive training, correct technique guidance, tailored nutritional advice, optional supplement suggestions, and progress monitoring. Initial assessments are conducted, followed by evaluations every four weeks. Each session lasts one hour, and any additional support required to attain your goals is also provided.
